Practice | Operations Manager

I’m the Operations Manager at Grow Paediatrics, where I support the team and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. 

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of four — three teenagers and a 20-year-old — and family time is really important to me. We love getting outdoors, going for a swim, or jumping in the car for a drive and a bit of an adventure.

I also enjoy staying active with walking and yoga, listening to a good podcast, and I’ve recently moved into a house that I’m renovating, which has been an exciting new project. 

Building strong relationships, supporting my team, and finding the positives in everyday life are things that matter to me both personally and professionally.
