Occupational Therapist

I’m an Occupational Therapist at Grow Paediatrics and I absolutely love helping little people learn the skills they need to do the things they want (and sometimes the things they don’t want!) in everyday life. I’m passionate about supporting families and sharing practical “OT gold nuggets” that can make daily routines feel a whole lot easier.

Outside of work, life is busy and full with our family of five. I’m a mum to three gorgeous girls (13, 11 and 8) and, together with my strapping husband, we spend a lot of time doing the classic mum-and-dad taxi service to sports, training and weekend games.

When I’m not working or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll usually find me keeping active. I love playing tennis and netball, and running is my go-to way to clear my head (and sometimes escape the chaos at home for a little while!).

One of the things I love most about my job is getting to work with kids and families in all sorts of places, home, school, daycare… wherever the magic needs to happen!
