Meet Madeline

Lead Practitioner | Specialist Educator

Hi, I’m Maddie! I have a background in early childhood and primary education, beginning my career as a preschool teacher before moving into early intervention, where I’ve worked as a key worker and lead practitioner for over five years.

I love working alongside children and their families to build skills that make a meaningful difference in everyday life. I’m especially passionate about child-led intervention, school readiness and supporting children within their childcare and preschool environments. Family-centred practice is really important to me, and I love working together to understand what matters most to each child and family.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors fishing, walking or spotting wildlife, tenpin bowling, or spending time with my family. Life at home is kept busy by my husband and our two sausage dogs — usually with a long black somewhere nearby!
