Hi I’m Jessie, a dedicated paediatric speech pathologist, feeding therapist, and educator.
My mission is to support and empower families – just like yours – in navigating feeding challenges with a holistic approach.
Feeding isn’t just about nourishment; it’s a pillar that supports both infant health and meaningful connections. I bring my expertise and passion to guide you through this journey, offering holistic solutions for a positive and joyous feeding experience.
With over 19 years of experience, I have extensive skills to address feeding challenges comprehensively. Whether it’s complex feeding disorders, craniofacial abnormalities, picky eating, mealtime stress, and/or fostering healthy connections through food, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Outside of being a Speech Pathologist, I am also a Mum of 6, 4 of which I birthed, a wife, sister and friend. I love spending time with my family through exploring nature, being active and just being present. I love pilates, coffee ( only before 10 am), a marg ( classic, usually after 10 am) and reading.

Workshops & Training
Workshops and professional development at GROW are delivered by our multidisciplinary team, including Jessie Anderson, Director of GROW Paediatrics and a highly experienced paediatric feeding specialist and speech pathologist.
With over 17 years of clinical experience, Jessie brings deep expertise in complex feeding, early communication, and the relational foundations that underpin child development. Her training sessions blend evidence-based practice with real-world application—helping teams make sense of complex presentations and feel confident in what to do next.
Jessie is particularly known for her holistic approach to feeding and development, recognising that regulation, connection, and whole-body health all play a critical role in how children eat, learn, and engage. Her sessions are practical, engaging, and designed to translate directly into everyday practice across clinical, education, and home settings.
Lecturing & Guest Speaking
Jessie Anderson is an experienced educator and university lecturer, regularly invited to present on paediatric feeding, early intervention, and complex care.
Her presentations are known for bridging the gap between research and real-life practice – bringing clarity to complex topics and offering practical, actionable insights that professionals can immediately apply. Jessie has a particular interest in supporting clinicians and educators to better understand the intersection of feeding, communication, regulation, and medical factors in young children.
Whether presenting to students, allied health teams, or multidisciplinary audiences, Jessie brings warmth, depth of knowledge, and a strong clinical lens shaped by years of hands-on experience with children and families.
