Meet Madeline

Lead Practioner & Specialist Educator

Hi, I’m Maddie. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education and began my career as a preschool teacher, where I spent five years developing a strong passion for supporting diverse learners.

I then transitioned into early intervention, working as a key worker and lead practitioner for over five years. I’m passionate about family-centred practice and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. I particularly enjoy working in childcare and preschool settings, with a focus on child-led intervention, school readiness, and supporting each child’s individual goals.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors—fishing, walking, and spotting wildlife—as well as tenpin bowling and spending time with my family. Life at home is always busy and fun with my husband and our two sausage dogs. And when it comes to coffee, a long black is my go-to!
